Our COVID-19 Response

As one of (if not the) largest makerspace in the Mountain West, the Innovation Wyrkshop knew that we were uniquely well equipped to start producing PPE to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic, should the medical communities ask us to. As 3D printing groups around the world seemed to take up a grassroots "call to arms," so did we, and offered our services publicly via social media. Soon after, we joined the Wyoming Technology Coronavirus Coalition (WTCC) leadership team, where we've been helping out and organizing volunteer 3D printing teams around the state to produce over 6,700 3D printed face masks and face shields for medical centers, schools, dental clinics, police, and firefighters across Wyoming.

We're proud to say that the Innovation Wyrkshop in Laramie produced over 4,800 pieces of PPE for these communities.
