The Baileigh Standing Floor Drill Press has a 3.6" diameter column and 24" x 16.5" cast iron base that make for one rigid structure. It uses 110 V to turn its MT4 spindle up to 3,200 rpms. The range of speeds is done through the use of six pulleys that give the option of 12 spindle speeds. It also includes a drill chuck that can open to a maximum of 5/8". It has over thirty bits available, ranging in size from 1/16" up to 1/2". It is also compatible with any bit that will fit into the teeth of the press, making it one of the most versatile drill presses available.
