Responsible Decision-Making is the culmination of identifying problems, analyzing situations, solving problems, evaluating, reflecting and ethical responsibility. These skills translate into employability skills such as integrity, honesty, analyzing and solving complex problems, ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, critical thinking and ethical decision-making.

Learn the steps of an effective decision-making model
Apply the steps of an effective decision-making model to situations in your life
Make constructive choices about personal behavior and social interactions
Reflect upon and address at least one problem by outlining steps involved in effective problem solving and decision-making
