Social-Awareness is a combination of perspective-taking, empathy, appreciating diversity and showing respect for others. Mastering these skills can translate into employability skills such as, listening skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, ability to work with people of different backgrounds/ cultures, and supervision of others.
