In this course, you'll learn:
The pros and cons of Tableau Public
Getting started with the software, including navigating the home page, importing data, and the data source page.
Understanding data joins, changing metadata, and data types.
Using Tableau Public, including a firm understanding of the data window, main menu, tool bar, canvas, shelves, cards, chart types, workbook tabs, dashboards, and stories.
The heirarchy of some tools.
Basic walkthrough of common elements such as bar charts, filters, line charts, and geospatial data.
